A free drop-in counselling service open seven days a week situated in the grounds of St. James’s Church, Piccadilly, London. 

 

The Maytree Suicidal Respite Centre

A charity offering a free 4-night/5-day stay and the opportunity to be befriended and heard in complete confidence, without judgement and with compassion and warmth.

SOBS

These support groups are specially created for people who have been bereaved by suicide to share their experiences and hear others’ stories who have been affected by the loss of a loved one in this way.

Samaritans

Offering someone to talk to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As well as being contactable by phone there are also drop-in centers across the country and there are plans to provide SMS and online chat options in the future.

An organisation which works to relieve and support those living with anxiety disorders by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy.
